This wonderful traditionally processed oolong is from an organic farm near the peak of Li Shan, one of Taiwan’s highest mountains. It is made from the winter 2016 harvest. This tea was hand-picked, though machine-processed. It was charcoal roasted and then aged. It is a perfect candidate for aging or drinking.
All of these Taiwanese oolongs we are offering were partially or completely donated by our dear friend, who wants to support our current and future Center. They are packaged by hand in the old way, with paper wrapping.
