Bamboo Shoot

Bamboo Shoot is a simple, affordable green tea grown in Zhu Shan, or “Bamboo Mountain” in central Taiwan. This farm is protected by Master Tsai Yizhe’s Tea Mountain Preservation Society. This farmer actually had some financial issues recently and so we all joined in to help him get back on his feet, which is what the society is all about—helping organic farmers by connecting them with tea lovers. Some of the proceeds from this tea will go to support the society as well. Bamboo Shoot is clean, bright and refreshing, especially during the summer months. It tastes of nuts, grass and bamboo shoots and has a soft, upward moving energy.
