Mossy Grove is a solid medium-grade organic matcha from Shibushi, Kagoshima. It is grown naturally and has a slight bitterness that becomes a lasting sweetness after you swallow. This is a great daily matcha from a clean source, processed in a traditional way. It is ceremonial grade, but more affordable so it can be drunk more often.
