Silver Leaves

Pure silver can have a wonderful effect on water for tea, especially lighter teas and aged oolongs. Aged puerh can also be nice when silver is involved. These amazing silver tea leaves are a wonderful way to include silver in your tea preparation at an affordable price. Silver kettles are very expensive, especially antique ginbin. These silver leaves are made of very pure 99.99% silver. You can put them into your water urn, your kettle or even your teapot if you want to experiment. One of the leaves has “bug bites” in it to remind us to buy sustainable tea, and also to allow the bubbles to pass through the leaves when they are in a kettle which may or may not have an effect (help us experiment!).
