Star-Favored

This is a gorgeous 1990s Liu Bao tea that was made using the wet-piling method (similar to shou puerh but shallower piles and for a shorter duration). The liquor is thick, dark and rich with hints of pine and betel nut. The energy is deep and grounding. The storage of this tea is also immaculate. It went directly from Guangxi to Malaysia, bypassing Hong Kong and the wetter storage there. It is a great example of its type, perfect for drinking or further aging.
