Red Mark
This late 1990s Red Mark is a bit of a legend in Taiwan. Of course, it is not as legendary as the original 1950s versions, but it is a well-known replica. The quality is wonderful, with plenty of buds and a rich liquor. This tea is great for aging or drinking! This is an excellent quality semi-aged puerh. This is in the top ten teas from the late 1990s.
These commemorative cakes suggest the originals. Like the Blue Mark, which is sold out, this tea is bright and clean, with good Taiwanese storage. It was kept by a collector on the second floor for the entire eighteen years it has been alive, at a very nice humidity and temperature, making the storage also clean. Based on the flavor profile, Wu De and the donor believe the tea to include lots of old-growth raw material from the greater Yiwu area.
