Yum Cha is a wetter shou puerh from the early 2000s, stored in Hong Kong. These cakes were for dim sum restaurants and so broken up by the vendor aging them. The tea is earthy, with a bold shou flavor, hints of leather and mushrooms. It is good for steeping or boiling. And you can further age it or drink it now. The energy is grounding and light. This is a great daily drinker.
