One is All

This wonderful book by Master Chen Yuting, who is a famous tea ceremony teacher in Taiwan, covers Taiwanese bowl tea culture. It has Chinese and English text, which is great. The title, “One is All,” is a pun since the Chinese word for bowl, “wan,” sounds like “one” to Chinese speakers. The book covers the art of tea bowls as well as some common bowl tea ceremonies here in Taiwan, all different but similar and parallel to our own.
