Apsara is a 2005 well-aged Shou Mei (Longevity Eyebrow) white tea from Fuding in Fujian. White tea ages quite well, oxidizing more over time and gaining breadth and depth. The result is a fruity, nutty tea with a gorgeous body and long-lasting aftertaste. The energy of this tea is uplifting, rising in sweeps of Yin flow. It is very patient and perfect for leaves in a bowl, sidehandle or gongfu brewing. Of course, you can also age it longer.
