Withdraw from your order

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you designate) receive your order — without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, use the withdrawal form on this page, or email us at connect@globalteahut.org with your name, order number, and the date you received the order. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

Once you have withdrawn, please return the items to us within 14 days. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal. Submitting this form notifies us of your decision to withdraw from the contract; we will send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email address.
