Most of the Muzha Tieguanyin made nowadays is rather expensive and rarely meets the standards we have in terms of sustainability. In the last fifteen years, some friends in Shi Ding introduced Tieguanyin varietal trees into their ecological gardens. These gardens are protected by Master Tsai Yizhe’s Tea Mountain Preservation Society. Last year, the trees were old enough and the processing practiced enough to create a nice Tieguanyin that the farmers felt was good enough to take to market. Iron Goddess is an amazing Tieguanyin, processed traditionally and from a very nice farm. The year has allowed this tea to rest, cooling the rest and balancing the tea. This tea is great for drinking or perfect for aging.
Each packet is 50 grams.
