This is a late 1990s maocha, loose-leaf sheng puerh from old trees. This tea is most likely a blend of several gardens from the Menghai region. Cinnabar is a great everyday aged puerh for an affordable price. It yields a bright cup with strong Qi and is great for brewing gongfu, sidehandle or even for boiling. Cinnabar is also a great candidate for aging and still can change a lot over time.
