Plum Blossom is a gorgeous red tea grown way up on an organic farm in Li Shan, at more than 2,000 meters above sea level. It has a spectacular bouquet—fruity, floral and opening the fragrance is out of this world. The liquor is sweet and fruity and the Qi is uplifting and gentle, rising slowly and never forcibly. The five years of age add some depth and breadth, deepening what was already there. This is a wonderful red tea for gongfu brewing and amongst the best Taiwanese red teas we have tried.
