Red Dharma

Red Dharma is a late 1990s or 2000 sheng puerh from Lincang. It was sourced from clean gardens of younger tea trees in the area, so it is unique. It is from the collection of our teacher. This tea is pure, clean and bright with wonderful raw material stored cleanly for decades in Malaysia. It is a fine example of what aged sheng puerh can be. We find the energy open and bright with a clearing force. This tea is great for drinking or ageing further. It has two sisters, Green Dharma and Purple Dharma, which are from the same era and region. They have subtle differences worth exploring—in energy and flavor, though the storage is the same. We suggest trying all three to taste the differences between three different gardens all produced at the same time and stored in the same warehouse next to each other, allowing us to taste the subtle differences between raw material.
