Tea Scoop Bags
Every scoop deserves a good home, and these simple cloth bags were made to be exactly that. We designed them to suit most sizes of tea scoop, from smaller gongfu scoops to larger pieces like those carved by Tao Weng. Each bag unfolds flat and wraps your scoop in a soft, padded pocket lined with cream linen, protecting the delicate wood on your tea shelf and keeping it safe whenever your teaware travels with you.
A slender waxed cord winds around the bag, held in place by a small silver endless knot, one of the eight auspicious symbols of Buddhism. Representing the interconnectedness of all things, it is a fitting emblem for a bag made to protect the scoops that serve tea to so many, and a quiet reminder of the endless flow of giving and receiving that carries every bowl of tea to us.
The approximate size is 22cm long and 10cm wide.
