Earthen Drum Sidehandle

We have spent the last year developing some wonderful sidehandle pots for bowl tea. We tested the effects of the pour, the angle of the handle and even the shape of the button for the index finger when pouring, creating new pots from scratch that are aesthetically pleasing to us, perform well and are made of clay that has a nice affect on water and tea. These pots come in two versions. This version is called Earthen Drum. It is made of a dark clay that has also been sprayed with a fine slip of the same clay for texture. This clay has a very nice affect on water and tea liquor. We also have another version called Stone Ladle.

This sidehandle is approximately 400ml in volume. The size is suitable for serving tea for 3-5 people.
