Reminiscence

Reminiscence is a lovely aged Dian Hong from the Lincang region. We aren’t sure of the date, as the friend we purchased this from bought a large quantity on a trip in the early 2000s. He was traveling around Lincang and bought several teas and stored them in Taiwan. He wasn’t even sure which mountain specifically. It is rare to find aged dian hong, especially in Taiwan. Reminiscence is clean and deep. The storage has lent it a depth newer red teas don’t have. It is still fragrant and floral, but with a slight muskiness and more powerful Qi. It has become one of our new favorite morning teas.
