Sidehandle Brewing
How we brew

Sidehandle Brewing

Sidehandle brewing is a deeper extension of leaves in a bowl practice. It holds the same simplicity of leaf, water and heat, adding only the vessel that some teas need in order to steep properly, rather than simply open in the bowl. The sidehandle doesn't replace leaves in a bowl practice or improve upon it, but rather allows further exploration and a chance to get to know a wider range of teas and discover what each one has to teach.
